Restaurant Food Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality food and excellent service. However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Order: If you receive an incorrect item that differs from what was ordered.
• Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled, undercooked, or has a foreign object.
• Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after placing the order.
• Delayed delivery due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
• Personal taste preferences (e.g., not liking the flavor).
• Partially consumed or fully eaten food.

3. Refund Request Process

• Contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order.
• Provide a clear photo of the issue (if applicable).
• Submit proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• Refunds will be Credited within 7 business days via the original payment method.

In case of replacement – orders will be delivered within 30 minutes
