Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and prepared fresh.
• Delivery is available within Karnal. Delivery times vary based on location and order volume.
• Standard delivery time is [30-40 Mins] from order confirmation, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
• Customers will receive real-time updates on their order status via SMS or email.

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as we begin processing it immediately.
• In case of an issue with the order, please contact customer support at Support@lootlomeals.com immediately.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• If the order is not delivered due to a system error or restaurant fault.
• If the order is incorrect, incomplete, or significantly different from what was ordered.
• If the food is spoiled or unfit for consumption upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders delivered as per the placed request, but the customer no longer wants the food.
• Delays caused by unforeseen external factors (traffic, weather, etc.).
• Orders where the issue was reported beyond 30 minutes after delivery.

Refund Process

• Customers must report refund requests via Support@lootlomeals.com within 10 Minutes of delivery with supporting images (if applicable).
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 Business Days and credited to the original payment method.
